heading into a pregnancy and all that it entails can feel overwhelming​! however, knowledge is a tool you can use to combat that. your body is working to grow your baby in amazing ways, and when it comes time to bring your little one earth side, your body is still just as capable and knows what it's doing! I delight in sharing knowledge, and would love to help you feel more confident in understanding your pregnancy, labour, and postpartum.

there's nothing like having someone cheering you on and fully believing in you when you are doing something hard. I am always so honoured when I am welcomed into a birth space to support a labouring mama. whether that's physically, mentally, or emotionally, I delight in serving you any way that I can.
postpartum care
after such a journey to bring your babe into your arms, you deserve nothing but acknowledgement, rest, deep nourishment, and soulful care. this time after birth is just as sacred and special as what came before! what's most important is you and your little one, and that's where my postpartum support comes in. you can count on me to help this transition go as smoothly as possible!
